No matter whether one remains skeptical about all the New Age, Conspiracy and Prophetical theories that have invaded the internet in the last few years, the truth is that something is going on out there. That is, something is changing, at a physical level, in a way that can be interpreted as a change in Humanity from the inside too, as good or bad...the thing is that what this page says "It’s already been proven that the sun’s mass warps time, bends light waves and accounts for mutation of species on Earth." coincides with Spiritual Prophecies, in the sense that they both state that we will start to experience time and space differently.
Apparently, the sun is bombarding the Earth with solar flares (I quote from this other source: "intense burst of radiations coming from release of magnetic energy associated with sunspots").
From the scientific point of view, these changes are frightening and scary. Particularly, I am optimistic: If these changes are going to destroy us, ok, that was it! If they are, as Spiritual Prophecies suggest, going to help us ascend to a new level of consciousness, where the physical world as we know it -with its duality, egotistic interpretations of reality, and eternal dissatisfaction- will be useless, that's ok too!
Just in case, maybe the only thing we can do (or at least an important one) is find our inner peace (or try at least!): yoga, tai chi, meditation, dancing, laughing, and a lot of good sleeping!

Inspiring Women...: La Source des Femmes/The Source (2011)
This movie, entitled The Source (its original title is La Source Des Femmes) has just been released, and it takes place in a little village in Morocco, where there is no running water and traditionally women are the ones in charge of going to the fountain to fetch it. The problem is that the well is in the mountains and the way is stip and dangerous...so they have to undergo terrible consequences, such as aborting. At one point, they rebel against this rule...and I will not tell you anymore!
I recommend watching it in OV (Arabic), with subtitles in English. Even the way the speak is meaningful...and so beautiful!

An alternative to Psychology, or a Complement?
Here you have an excerpt from one of Osho's approaches to Meditation and to Life in general. Osho was a controversial man: he gathered followers all over the world, to the point that a resort for meditation was founded in his memory (http://www.oshointernational.com/), close to Pune, in India.
There are many books published on his name, although he didn't write any of them: they were compiled out of his talks and conferences all over the world. Osho has the ability to mix and combine the western and the eastern traditions, in order to give answers to the spiritual and mental issues of the modern man.
For some people, he is a master and a spiritual guide to admire and follow, for others, he is just a charlatan...you just have to compare the entries in Wikipedia dedicated to him in Spanish and in English...

A Room Of One's Own (1929) deals with the obstacles that hinder women writers, while Three Guineas (1938) spoke of the need for women to make a claim for their own history and literature. Troubled with mental illness, Woolf finally committed suicide in 1941, but left behind a rich legacy of work.

She was the first American woman to speak in front of a national convention, to write a newspaper column, to earn money as a lecturer, to be a radio commentator and to hold regular press conferences.
Florence NightingaleBright, tough, driven and brilliant, Florence Nightingale is best known as a pioneer of nursing and a reformer of hospital sanitation, but did you know she also invented the Pie chart?! For most of her life, Nightingale pushed for reform of the British military health-care system and helped the profession of nursing to gain the respect it deserved. But during the Crimean War, where she nursed soldiers in Turkey, her statistical illustrations of the needless amounts of deaths due to poor sanitation were groundbreaking. Talk about multi-tasking!
Anne FrankOne of the Jewish victims of Nazi persecution during the second world war, Anne and her family went into hiding in 1942 in a house in Amsterdam. After more than two years the group was betrayed and deported. Anne died of typhus in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in March 1945, only a few weeks before it was liberated. Anne's diary, kept while she was in hiding, graphically describes her isolation and fear of discovery. It has been produced now in 55 languages and remains a fascinating and brave portrayal of a unique young woman's experience.
